Cold air intake

OK, I am mainly concerned about the repositioning of the MAFS. I am aware of it being able to handle the filter placement outside of the bay but its just the MAFS that concerns me.
 
well if you have any questions call me. You should be good to go though. just dont put anything in front of the MAF that will cause turbulence.
 
all obd II cars have a short term and long term fuel trim... they will all ajust for minor changes!
 
hey guys, newbe here.
I am making my own one of carbon fiber 3kx3k wave for the box setup and aluminum adaptor to my MAF box connection on my V6 engine. I made several researches and it seems there is no company out there that makes aftermarket intakes for LS V6's. So I opted to make mine.
The carbon fiber enclosed box will look like one of my products for other cars i make as shown below:

and i will use a 6-8" K&N cone air filter.

PS: that part above is a CF a-pillar for an escort zx2 (a 2 door coupe).
 
I don't think you have done the proper research.;)


Can you post pics of what you have done so far?
