Ok, so the trans died on my Mark a few weeks ago. It will skip second gear unless I manually shift it into 2. I have already been in contact with Darrin at BC about getting a replacement. A few things have come up and I wont have the cash for a few months. I have a garage to store the car in and I have a question on proper storage of the car. What is the best way to store the car? I start the car every 4 or 5 days to keep everything in running shape and the air suspension filled. Is there anything else I can do to keep the car in good shape? Thanks for the help.

get a cat to keep the mice away!!!!!!!!!!!
either over inflate the tires or put the car up on jack stands to avoid getting flat spots on tires.I also would get a batt. tender, starting and just letting the motor idle isnt a good idea, in my opinion. I would pull the plugs and put some mystery oil in instead of running the motor.
fill the gas tank and use fuel stabilizer

Ditto here - except when you run the car make sure it gets to normal operating temp., that will burn off most of the moisture in the system. a monthe or two like this is not too bad. I have cars in long term and pulling the plugs and adding Marvin's Mystery oil is the way to go. I use BHT in the tank or Sta-bil gas preserver.

I didnt think about oiling the cylinders with MMO, I will have to do that.

I actually have been alternating what I do each time I start the car. Every other time I start it I take it for a trip around the block to get it up to operating temperature (and take off about 5,000 miles wear on the tires.....). The rest of the time I run it to operating temperature and I let the air suspension cycle a few times. I have been disconnecting the battery when the car is not running.

Question on jacking the car up to store it, will allowing the bags hang at full extension do any damage to the bags? I really like the suspension and I would rather not have to replace all 4 bags AND the trans....

I stored mine this winter and only started it up 2-3 times. I had no problem starting it during a 1.5 month stretch of being off. Blend door, elec repair, ect. Hey its hard to work in a non heated garage in 20 degree weather. :p .

I left about 1/4 tank of gas in it w/o any stabalizer. Cranked right up. I'm sure the premiem had something to do with that.idk.
