And the automobile company that holds his namesake is not far behind him! How about a little history for a change?

Lincoln is an American luxury automobile brand, operated under the Ford Motor Company. Founded in 1917 by Henry M. Leland and acquired by Ford in 1922, Lincoln has been manufacturing vehicles intended for the upscale markets since the 1920s. Leland named the brand after his longtime hero Abraham Lincoln, for whom he had voted in the first presidential elections for which he was eligible.

Funny. You know how many times Abe Lincoln failed in senate elections before he became president. Nobody liked him then everyone liked him. Kinda like you fix everything on these cars until you finally find the problem., Hate it then like it. That and they're both f'n old.
