That's weird. They have different VINs and mileage, maybe he just used the 2001 photos by accident for both auctions. Might as well ask him before reporting him...

yeah, plus the guy has 100% feedback, probably a dealer that has a grunt post it for him and screwed up the photos.

Yep. I asked him earlier when this was posted. He said those pictures were put on there inadvertently, and he'll change them.

Once you get bids on an item, you can't remove the pictures, IIRC.

Generally, if I see a mistake, I bring it to the attention of the seller first, usually through the eBay email system. If they are a reputable seller, they will generally fix the problem.

This reemphasizes the fact that eBay is really a "buyer beware" type of site. Despite eBay's claims of certain types of recourse for unsatisfactory transactions, the buyers have to ask lots of questions, especially if you intend to spend significant coinage on things like vehicular apparatuses and such.
