Is there any way to fix the blue mirror(where the tint in the mirror is always there) problem?

P.S.
If you don't know what I am talking about I will take a picture.

Magna Donnelly The company which manufactured the Mirrors for the Continentals replaced them for free if the liquid crystals in it failed. Maybe they'll do the same for your Mark 8 mirror. If so it's worth a call. A quick search in the conti forums for mirror replacements should help you find the phone number and info. Btw they changed my mirror for free for my conti so it does work.

Really? Well that would be nice if they did! I bought one from Jamie but its already failing. I think the cold winters really kill them.

Mine looks kinda blue. I thought that was normal. It used to change or "tint" depending on the light, but I had the back window tinted 5% and havent seen it change since.

If you tint your rear window it wont work well since the sensor in the rear view mirror wont pick up much light from the cars behind you. Sorta sucks.

I think you're right about the cold winter thing. It only happened after it got below 15 degrees.
