Lil side note about LMS. I have talked to Geno a few times always helpful and this was my first purchase with the company, even somethin as small as this item he made it feel like I was ordering a part worth a thousand dollars. That alone has earned much more future business. I felt like I should share that lil bit with everyone cause all over the net you hear about where not to order parts I felt like I should thank someone that was very pleasant to do business with. Now to get my exhaust :steering :gr_devil:

Noice! Im hoping he brings some of those to Carlisle so I can pick one up also. Hint Hint Geno. lol.

Do you have to scrape the silver paint out of the little plastic cover and put it back on? I bought the cobrastar trunk emblem from Geno, but it looks like the bit of black backing is too thin to fill the depth of the lock cover?

No scrapping at all. I just cleaned the plastic. Then the black wraps around the plastic, you cut the edges and put the chrome emblem on and your good to go

Yes the black vinyl goes on the top of the emblem not on the inside. Then stick the cobra emblem on the top of the black... All is on the outside.

I had a piece of clear plastic cut to match the original then did everything on the inside.
