LS to M35: So Long and thanks for all the fish.

I just bought a new car so, the day has finally come to part with my dear LS. I had a great time with her and loved toying around with all the knowledge I learned from you guys. I know I haven't been real active lately, but I've been lurking here and there, and some you are doing great things. I've stepped up to an Infiniti M35, and as much as I would like to keep both cars, I just can't make both payments. Pics of the new car are below. I'll see ya'll around.

Thanks for all the comments guys. I love the interior! It feels a lot bigger than my LS in the front seat and back. Some people don't like the saddle leather color, but I'm a huge fan. It was either this or black, I can't really stand that light stone color.

Yep. It's got the tech and journey packages. I love buttons!

Oh no problem. It was 32K out the door, and so far, worth every penny.

I wish. That's the M45, same car different engine. I wanted the M45, but couldn't find one in my price range. Hell, this car is still outside my price range, but I had to have it. The M35 has a 3.5 V6 with 275-280 HP, and the M45 has around 335 HP.

Good one. The one thing about the M35 that I didn't think would match the LS was handling. I've never had another car handle as well as the LS... until now.

I like the interior and the interior color combination, not so much fan of the exterior. Kind of narrow and high, but still a much better car than our Lincolns. Enjoy it.

Thanks. I had to search for about 3 weeks for that price. I finally found it listed by a dealership on craigslist for $29990. I got him down to $28900, and after tags, taxes, title, and GAP it was $32000.

I know, I know. The only M45 I could find for that price was about 300 miles away and being sold by an individual. I couldn't get financed.

And I had a V6. I've been kicking myself in the ass for not getting the V8 these past couple years.

Went to the local new car show here and almost all the new cars look so alike. The used bar of soap with slanted headlights seems to be the current standard.
Can hardly tell them apart.
Seems like only some of the domestic models looked distinctive and apart from the crowd.
Liked my 04 V8 LS better than the new stuff inside and out.

Did you buy it new or used? Those are very nice cars, and a very impressive price. Awesome interior, too!

As soon as my LS is done it's either a g35 or m35... might have to go with the g35 to get a stick, though . IMHO Infiniti makes a much more solid car (now that the g35 is updated) and their engines are to die for.
