Where can I find a better place for paint Codes then the markviii.org/LOD

I cant seem to find my paint code anywhere.

my paint code is TR and I cant seem to match it anywhere.

See I thought that too, and here is whats not making sense to me, It looks Charcoal Grey. but what throws me off is the pink and purple pearl.
all of the chips I found do not flip flop to pink and purple and Grey. and I know it wasnt done aftermarket, unless someone went through the trouble of disasembling the ENTIRE car.

I have the same color car and and under the right light at the right angle it looks to have a purple tint to it. I believe it's just the metal flake in the paint that causes this. Mine is a 96 charcoal grey, just like yours. The documentation above doesn't list it as having the metallic flake. Here is a link

Also, I'm getting ready to have mine repainted sometime soon, after I get it put back together, so let me know what you find, cause I'll likely run into the same problem.

In a clear day its really really purple. what was ford thinking?

The rear bumper looks like it was a Charcoal the way the chips look.

If I cant find the color Im just going to tear it apart and start the color change to black.

WHAT THE HELL.....I can see dark gray to light gray, But PURPLE I don't get it!!!!

^^ Im not a huge fan of crazy paint jobs, I mentioned black, because I was thinking about a black mark, with all the chrome tinted black, black 20's, 5% windows and 50% windshield. tinted lenses, and shaved trim well you get the idea.

Oh and BTW am really color blind or is there really purple and pink in my color?

There is nothing classier than a clean black Mark VIII.

I got a lead on the paint up at English Color, they are trying to source me the Correct color code the Vin plate is wrong.
