clockspring and coils

Can anyone tell me where i can get the best bang for my buck on these items ?
I just bought my 2001 ls for 5500 with 65000 and have to replace the VC so I want to change the plugs ,coils,and it needs a clockspring too! Please advise guys!!!!

It is for the steering wheel controls and the air bag
