LS -vs- LSE

Ok, I seached found nothing.

But what are the main differences between the two? Are there engine differences? I know the body differences. I guess I am looking for a side by side comparison of sorts.

same engine.. front rear fascia upgrade, color keyed grill surround w vert bars chrome spoiler, floor mats and some interior say LSE... al red tail lights. few more body diff... not that much tho. 7 spoke wheels.

also, the LSE has exhaust tips through the lower valance, instead of the concealed turn down tips

yeah, on the pre 03... 03 up all have the tips through the valance

right. the question wasn't specific enough. I don't think the 02 LSE had the painted grille suround with chrome waterfall right? just the gen2's?

Mechanically, the LSE is the same as a Sport; the LSE package is an appearance package. It was only available in certain colors (Black and Silver Birch in '02).

As for the grille on the '02 LSE, according to the order guide, it's "Blade Grey with color-keyed upper trim piece." It changed to chrome bars in '04 (the only years for the LSE were '02, '04, and '05), but it retained the color-keyed trim.

The waterfall on the 02LSEs were the same color as the LSE specific wheels.
