well guy ive been on the hunt for one now about a month. i had one but due to my shift work schedule the dealership sold it the day before i got there. it was an black on black '04 lse with 32,000 miles and was clean. all it need was a set of wheels and maybe a brake up grade and that was it. but any how all the other lse's are all up north in the 03-04 selection. but i found an '02 in the link provided. not real partial to the sidemarker lights, but its an lse. so you guy tell me is it worth the asking price and with that mileage what would i need to foward to as far as maintenance and upkeep is concerned.

I think I shoulda got the 02 LSE grille instead :(

13.8 seems like a lotta wedge for an '02, to me anyways. You should be able to get an '03 (with more hp stock) for that. Sharp lookin' ride, though.

Keep looking for 03+ LS with the improvements, less mechanical problems and more HP. With 76K you are at that mileage that can start the $$$ repairs.

There will always be other deals if you take your time, and don’t give in to I have to have one now no mater what.

yeah i hear you guys, but im just ready to hurry and get out from under the navigator i have. the notes i pay on it i can split in half and pay notes on a smaller car, and have alil more change to throw at the markVII.

Sadly with 75k its probably not even worth 10k. I love my 02LSE. I haven't had any of the Gen1 problems yet with 81k.

NYC LS8 Get a 2 piece stock 03up grill and swap the center with your painted LSE outer.

Hmm. I have my stock grille here. I just like that brushed or whatever look of the fins on the 02 LSE grille.

The waterfall is painted the anthracite color to match the wheels of a LSE...but many have chrome wheels. I took my stocker of for the newer black on black.

I would have to agree...500 Improvements made on the '03 over the '02 & Previous!

I found my '03 LS8 Sport in San Antonio for $17K with 8,300 Miles!
