Hey, I will be purchasing a LS this week...(very excite)...anyways I have the option to buy both an LS and an LSE, my question is...other than the body kit and wheels, what is the difference between the LS and the LSE?

thanks a lot

so i've heard, i really like it and its only $9500, 2002 with 95K, but I could get a 2003 ultimate for $13,495, what do you think?

The only major difference between the LS and LSE is the the appearance package with a different front fascia, side and rear skirts. Also, the LSE should have different wheels depending on what year. The LSE is considered a sport edition so it will have the sport suspension and SST shifter. The 04-05 LSE's had all red tail lights. I have been searching for a black 2005 LSE but pickings have been slim.

btw ken, I love your grilles...those look amazing...are they both available at ls koncepts?

Hey Ken, there is a dealer in PA that has 2 of them last I drove past. It was sometime last week.

do LSEs have the chrome trim along the bumpers? i still havent completely figured out which ones have what. if so, id probably go with the non LSE.

That seems like too much $$$ for the LSE. I know there are a few people on here with 100k+ miles on their LS but i wouldnt go for one with 95K. But thats my opinion.

Now here's a deal:http://www.autotrader.com/dealers/d...d_year=&pager.offset=200&max_price=&cardist=0 I'd highly recommend getting an LS that still has factory warranty.

Get the LSE. It has the nice color matched grille and rear license surround. Plus the tips look good.

Man, I wish I knew more about the LS/LSE's before I jumped on mine. I was walking ( no thanks to the dumb broad that I
T-Boned ) and saw mine sitting on the lot looking good. I jumped on it seeing on how it had under 40k miles with a 75k warranty and a free detail coupon with a red tag sale sticker in the windshield saying " PICK ME UP I'M CHEAP AS HELL", actually it said 16 grand and some odd amount but I tossed a check in the dealers face and got it for 16 flat ( 15 something but taxes and tags added up ) after all was said and done.
I love my LS but I love everyones LSE's more!
