Been fighting prices with trying to find the best deal on replacement lug nuts. with lincoln charging over 5$ per lug nut, when you need a full set it gets expensive...

Oreilly's auto parts store has lug nuts that fit out cars... 99 cents a lug nut. Ive read about the idea of swapping a certain chrysler lug nut to save 2-3 bucks a lug nut.

If anyone didnt know i just wanted to bring it up, woulda saved me some time and ida had it done months ago . never thought to go to oriellys though lol.

I think you have a few options. One is the get the factory lugs. We carry them in quantities of 5, 10, 15 or 20 lugs. You can find them here:

Now, the alternative, which I think is the best, is the Chrysler lug nut. The part number is MB579290. You should be able to go to your local Chrysler dealer and get them for around $3 a lug. I had them on my LS when I had the factory wheels and they are MUCH better than the OEM stuff.

Gorilla makes a lug nut that is comparable to the Chrysler lugs. I believe the part number is 73633T which is a 20 lug set. You may want to confirm that with Gorilla.

I hope that helps.

No i found a solution.

cheaper then the price of LSkoncepts too...i was letting others know if they had the same problems, i know it was a problem on the cars.

Oreillys auto part # 611-229 for .99$/per, comes with the washer and all.

I got some from Oreilly they were the same capped crap that we got now. but they are cheap and work well enough till I get my rims

had your problem, ended up replacing them all. for over a c-note.

Someone on another forum claims that they fixed the problems with the capped lugs, so now they don't rust out like the originals. I'm not sure how true this is, but I'm going to need some new lugs before I put my wheels on in spring.

Are they a covered type of lug nut or is it an all aluminum lug nut? The Chrysler version I mentioned above doesn't have that nasty cap like the OEM's have on them. If the lug nut you mention from O'Reillys is a true lug nut with no cover then that is a good deal.

This is true. The updated OEM Lincoln LS lug nuts are better than the previous version. If your LS is under warranty and you have the old lug nuts Lincoln will swap them out with the newer version.

The O'Reilly's lug nuts are the same old chrome cap crap that came on the early LS's. Better than old mangled ones, but eventually they'll be mangled too. I would consider these a temporary solution.
