It originally was a symbol for nuclear disarmament in the united kingdom in 1958. So I think it would be more accurate if it was called a foot print of an english chicken.:)

I don't remember this, but I've been told by reliable sources that the so-called "peace movement" in the 60s and 70s was really just a novel way to pick up chicks. :D

My father in-law, who's a Republican, said he became a Buddhist for a short time in the 70's, because it got him laid.
