I hate seeing luxury cars, well any decent car actually, with dusty front wheels. Well now I've pissed myself off with my own car with the same thing. I love the ceramic pads on everything I've ever put them on ranging from the cheapy AutoZone Morse Ceramic to the higher end stuff off of tirerack. Now that I have a truely nice car with handling another step above the already impressive to me handling of my old Regal GS, I want good solid stopping brakes like now with the OEM pads without the dust issues or the noise for the last 15ft. Who makes the best pads for this? I know its somewhat subjective but I'd love to hear testamonials about any ceramic pads you've tried.

Thanks,

they got those carbon kevlar pads that give very little dust, why not just wash ur car every week? Treat your wheels like paint, clean/polish/wax them once a month and wash every week the dust will come right off.

I like the NAPA premium ceramix pads. I have had them on 4 of my own vehicles including front&rear of my LS. They are quiet and produce no notable dust. I have never worn out a set of them either.

i just bought the posi quiet ceramic pads front and back and they do not squeek at all. 80 buks for both front/back and my 02v8 has better stopping power than oem pads that my dad has in his 2005 ls. i havent had them long enough to notice any brake dust. hope this helps

I bought Monroe Ceramics for the last car. Prior to that I had used wagner thermo-quiet ceramic pads with good luck. Unfortunately my local auto supply had a fall out with one distributor so the wagners are not easily available to me.

I do like monroe ceramics and the do not seem to make a much dust.
Stopping is as quiet as ever, solid and repeatable.
