We can install the Predator Angel Eye kits into headlights as long as the customer furnishes the headlights. The headlights must have the grey sealant since they are the only headlights that you can pull apart. Pricing starts at $350 which includes the angel eye kits and shipping. If interested let me know.
As for the tinting tail lights, I highly recommend www.jonstintedtails.com. He does excellent work!
