20" rims help

I tried to put my rims on yesterday they were i say 2cm of is it safe to drill the whole a lil bit bigger so they will fit i put it up to my stock tire same size

Ummmm.... What?

Are you suggesting to drill out the center hole? Did you try to put stock tires on 20" wheels?

Please speak more clearly if you wish to receive any help.
 
That's my guess, I think he bought rims that don't have the correct offset, and now he's trying to correct his mistake. Take it to a wheel shop see what they can do, get it on paper so if something happens you aren't responsible.
 
no I'm sorry I was saying my new 20 with low pro's match the size of my stock ones can can I drill 2 cm so the new 20's will fit

Rephrased

I tried to put my rims on yesterday, they were say 2 cm off. Is it safe to drill the hole a little bit bigger so they will fit? I put it up to my stock tire and and they're the same size.
