There is no way that "kit" will covert a gas powered car to all electricity.

A side note: A program "Future Cars" was just on Discovery or one of those channels recenty. They had an all electric sports car that created all of its torque instantely, went 0-60 in like three seconds and was able to punch off Ferrari/Porsche type numbers. Impressive.

I saw that, those were some pretty nice looking hybrid sports cars too. The numbers were very impressive.
 
It includes a 15 kW motor. Sounds like a lot. But once you realise that 1 HP ~= 750 W (0.75 kW), you can see that it is a ~ 20 HP motor. Would you trade 280 HP for 20 HP?
