Ok im going to do a new forum because my first one made no sensé so Ill statut from the beginning my engine light came on one the code was p0401 for a map sensor manifold abbsolute presure sensor i was told to change the egr son i did now im getting a p0405 code i dont no ware the map sensor is i want to change it and see if thats the problem

Well Don, I really should defer to your oblivious wisdom in yet another thread, but I just can't let this guy be so mislead...
It is in fact a MAP sensor. Manifold Absolute Pressure. It has nothing at all to do with the MAF. The MAP is one of the sensors inside the EGR valve assembly. The OP has already been told that his Aftermarket EGR assembly is likely responsible for the P0405 code, as this has been reported here before and solved by replacing with the OEM EGR valve assembly.
P0401 - Exhaust Gas Recirculation "A" Flow Insufficient Detected
P0405 - Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor "A" Circuit Low
How does anyone get MAF out of this?

Yes, of course the LS has a MAF. Why do you think a car can't have a MAF and a MAP? One can't replace the other. I would imagine that most cars have both now.
(And I wouldn't be condescending if you hadn't sprayed so much nonsense all over so many threads recently.)
Does anyone know how many air line go from the egr to the intake i just got this car and am wondering because there are to that come of it that i would say definately do but this is set up with the to off egr but with one of them it has a rubber y connecter with another airline connected to it which is comeing from a sensor connected to the fuel Rail im wondering if it is set up wrong causing a bad reading

Two at the EGR assembly that go back to one manifold port.

They are supposed to be small.
The code you have (now) is for an electrical problem. The vacuum connections may or may not be a problem, but they shouldn't cause an electrical circuit fault code.

Local parts store most likely don't or won't carry OEM Ford/Lincoln parts, you'd have to try your local dealership (expensive) We tend to get quality parts from tascaparts.com, fordparts.com or rockauto.com
