the multi part version can be found online all the time, I see the one pieces pop up on ebay from time to time.

O.K. thank you. I just got an 02 LS base and going to do some mods. I've been bouncing around here and like everyones rides, plenty of ideas.

I got the Insys/eBay 2 piece intake with silicone joints. I'm satisfied for the reduced cost ($94 vs what, ~$350 when available?). The only issues I've had are the IAT hole is a little too big so it doesn't seal against the tube and I had one hose clamp fail. The tube popped off as I hit the gas and the air suddenly stopping at the MAF caused the engine to stall. Then the car wouldn't start... but that was just because I panicked and forgot to take it out of drive first

I think I can fix the IAT mount with a layer or two of heatshrink. Or maybe something conical around it, then put the heatshrink over it
