Hello,
I'm so tempted to sell this car but something keeps pulling me back. OK I changed the Thermostat due to the she was starting to overheat. That fixed the overheating issue but I still have no heat. Why ? I'm not losing any coolant anywhere I'm lost could this be the water pump or heater core.....

It's almost certainly air in the heating loop (like 90% of the other people who post this problem).
Did you refill and bleed the cooling system exactly to the letter of the factory procedure?
Did you replace the plastic parts that are probably cracked?
Is your cooling system pressurizing? (If not, you have leak(s), probably due to cracked plastic.)
What year and engine?

how many miles / year / model. did you have heat before it was over heating? the most possible issues are as fallows.
1. the bleading procedure was not done correctly or often enough. even if you know what your doing it takes around 4 times before all the air is out.
2. you may have other cracked cooling components most likely the degas bottle
3. your dccv is also bad and its stuck.

Ok, I changed the thermostat and just refilled it with coolant . its a 2002 lse with 190k I know I know a-lot of you guys say its about that time for it to go easier said than done lol. I notice the heat left its going to sound dumb over last summer around 186k.I also didn't have heat before she started to overheat. It's the 3.9 v8 hopefully I answered everything im about to sale this thing lol...Also how to bleed the system im no mechanic and what is the dccv?

You have a leak. The 1st clue is that you lost heat before you replaced the thermostat. The 2nd clue is that it was overheating (it'll come back, the thermostat probably didn't really fix it).
You won't be the exception, all the plastic parts will need to be replaced. (Yes, you may not see any leak and you may be adding very little coolant, but air is being sucked into the cracks.)

Here's the bleed procedure.

It must be followed exactly.

When you get the air out, the heat will work. However, it will fail again in a few days (or less) because of air getting back in through the cracks.

I kind of figured that he had no heat before the thermostat change. 190k is not bad for the LS if it was well maintained. my 01 that I gave to my brother just died with 256k the tranny went so he decided to junk it and get a new one. they gave him $700 for it and they came to pick it up with a tow truck. the good thing is that you can use jaguar parts since you have a 1gen. how long have you had it. did the timing belt get changed on it already.
