So I was trying to replace my door speakers and I find out this problem. I found 2 brown cables, it looks like someone cut them. Plus 2 cables comming inside of the vehicle all the way to the door module and they are connected to the black and white cable and black and blue cable from the module.(since I bought this car the driver mirror never work I have to adjusted by hand not by the switch don't know if those 2 cut wires are the cause.)

Door wiring

I'll have to look up the wire colors tonight. They may have been using them to get retained accessory power for an aftermarket radio.

All those repairs need to be done by butt splice installations. A review of the connectors at each device should eliminate most wiring location guessing. A review of the official wiring diagram for the door should verify all wiring color codes to/from each device.

When I got my LS it had a crappy aftermarket alarm with remote start. There were 2 wires running from the alarm to the DDM that controlled the lock/unlock feature with the new remotes. I just removed the entire alarm system and repaired the wires with butt splices that also had heat shrink on them to ensure no moisture got in after the repair was done.

I had problems with butt splices vibrating loose over time. There's no guarantee I crimped them properly, but in my experience do as I was originally advised to do: solder.

You got it. Those two wires have to do with the door locks.

the way aftermarket alarms interface with the OEM locks and alarm in via the two wires that run from the key cylinder in the door to the DDM. so you have to run two wires in to the door through the wire boot from the RS/keyless/alarm brain and tap into those wires. a ground pulse on one wire will disarm the alarm and then unlock the doors (I believe with a second pulse) a longer ground will roll down the windows. a ground pulse on the other wire will lock the doors (holding ground will roll up the windows)

Thanks guys for your help one of this days I will follow those 2 brown cables to see where they end.
