I have a damaged body v6 all running gear in good shape and have another with blown motor. Just curious what all is different between the too.

You'll be swapping the transmission, PCM, cluster, and some wiring harnesses too. You'll need the right scan tool to program the keys that fit the car to the PCM and cluster from the other car. It won't start until you do that.
