Maybe the belt auto tensioner? Look at it and see if it is flopping around a lot. Also look at the crankshaft damper pulley and make sure it isn't wobbling. Lastly, what shape is the belt in?

Ill check it out in about 30min! Ill try to post a better video. Thanks for the response.

Belt looks alil cracked dont kno if its just normal after use.

Technically, it's okay for them to be cracked, as long as chunks of the ribs aren't missing. However, Even at over 100K miles my belts that I have replaced have looked much better than that (no visible cracks). I would replace the belt. Make sure you don't have coolant leaking on to it anywhere.

Also, let the car cool off over night so it's really cold, then take the belt off and start it up. If there is no knocking then you know it's the belt or something the belt drives. If you still hear a knock then it's the crank pulley or something internal to the engine. You then know where to start looking. Also wouldn't run the car for more then a minute or so. It should be alright without a belt but after a minute you should know where to look.

Heres another vid showing a little bit more. Hard showing the belt from the top.

Ill try that. Thanks

Looks like the tensioner and the damper are okay. Do try the test with the belt off, assuming that it normally makes the same noise when cold. If there is a next time, please turn your phone sideways when making a video...

If the noise is there when he first starts the car in the morning then it should work. Otherwise yeah you'd want to do it warmed up some. Guess that should be asked to him. As bad as it sounds I would guess it's there when he first starts the car. It sounds like a hefty thumping sound.
