Will 06 LS struts fit 02 LS ?

Can someone tell me if the 06 LS V8 Sport struts fit the 02 V8 sport. Are the struts any better on the 06's than the 02 had, if they fit?

I believe they are the same. There may be minor, upgrade type differences.

I would say yes. The part numbers are the same for all years on some sites.
