22 is a communications fault. Do you have a remote start installed or an aftermarket alarm? Is it possible that you damaged the cluster or any or the wiring back there?
It is unlikely that your jump box can supply enough current to start the car. Even a really good car battery usually can't do this using jumper cables. (Jump starting works when the car's battery is partly drained or weak. It does not work if the battery is dead or has bad cells.)
As was said, you should have to leave the key and radio on for hours to get to where the battery couldn't start it. Your battery has probably had it. If you are in doubt, take it out and take it to an auto store to be load tested. If it fails, I'd replace it before doing anything else.
Even with a new battery, you will probably find that you still have a problem to resolve. If you don't have the right tools, you'll have to tow it to a dealer. (Do check all the fuses first.)
