emergency brakes stuck

Just changed my brake pads and now the rear emergency brakes are stuck any pointers on how to fix this problem...

Did you do it correctly? Did you use a brake tool to screw the rear pistons back into the calipers, or did you just try to compress them like the front calipers?

I used the correct tools aparently u have to wait a second sometimes dor the e brake to reset itself but the first time I did them I took like 5 mins. This time about 25 called dealer and they said this isn't unusual if u only change the pads...
