Jaguar s-type thermostat housing.

I have searched the forums and was unable to find this answer. I know i have posted a measly 2 other times, but want to know which jaguar s-type thermostat housing will fit in my 2000 ls sport. (3.9l) I know the look of it is more pleasing to the eye than stock. Is this it?

The one on my gold 02? Thanks!! It is a Mclaren grill, there are a few out there but getting hard to find.
