I'm in the market for a new set of front tires (bad alignment) and I was planing on getting some 235/60's and throwing them on the back and putting the 225 I have on the front I would just get all four but my 225 tires are still in great shape, so my question is, being that the 235/60 is slightly taller will this cause any problems with my abs/wheel speed sensors?

Well, the 235/60's would be a tad wider but they'd also be taller by a teeny bit. IMO not enough of a size difference to bother with. I had 245/50's on both my Marks and they look fantastic but they mess the speedo up a little (+4mph). I don't see how rotating would be a big deal unless you're talking about the weight of the tire/wheel (or am I missing something? I am old ya know...). With my directional tread tires and wheels I just rotated front to back and back to front.

Your 225's that are still in great shape should be easy enough to sell considering 225/60-16 is about the most common tire size there is. I personally would get all four, otherwise when would you EVER have all four the same size and with the same amount of wear? I assume that the 225's must have SOME wear and that they will be due to be changed before the 235's.
