Set of 4 19" jag wheels. They're not chrome and missing center caps. Someinor scratches
I'm thinking of grabbing them for $200

Without a doubt, those would be money well spend, little refinishing, some new tires and they would look real sharp on your LS.

Those are Jag "Performance" wheels. There was a member from a long time ago that had those and I always thought they looked sweet. $200 is a deal and would look good as new after refinishing assuming they are true...

Make sure there are no non repairable cracks on any of the wheels. That is a very low price not to ask that question. Additional pics may be a good thing as well. If all good, then paypal him the money asap. Super low price man.

They were 18 inch not 19 inch . All 4 have some kind of curb rash but there are no cracks

Sure about 18"? I don't believe the wheels pictured were made OEM in any other size than 19"x8.5".

He told me 8.5*18 ET49 but i could not find them in 18s anywhere. Only 19s. Spokes must be really dirty and hard to read, because according to him the tires are 19s so...

He told me 19 too until I flipped it over and rubbed clean the size. It clearly says 18x8.5 ET49 I didn't see the tires. How would i measure it to verify?

looking at it more closely i can see they are 19s. You can see how much it looks like 18 though

Now for tires.
The 2004 Jaguar XJR uses these wheels with 255/40 R19 tires. Is
that what i should go with or 245s...or 255s in rear and 245s in front?

I would run 245x40x19's on all four corners. 255's might fit all around but I think you would likely have rubbing at full lock on the fronts - rears are no problem. If you go staggered it just limits your tire rotation options and IMO I don't think an approx 1/2" of extra tire width is worth it esp. since the rims are all 8.5" wide (not staggered 8.5" and 9.5" like the Jaguar Barcelona wheels for example)..
