Junkyard will be your best bet but you may have to buy an entire throttle body.

Is the throttle body clip attached to the throttle body or the throttle cable? You can get a new throttle cable from FordPartsGiant for $45.10 but I don't know if it will have the clip you need.

Someone like joe should be able to chime in and help a little more.

#6 gives instructions and a part number to deal with this. I don't know how valid it is, but it's something to try.
