Sorry in advance, as this isn't totally LS related, and I know there are few of you on here that really know your stuff about rims, and cars in general...so...

I've been researching my replacement car as of late, and I have settled on the new Fusion. I have found out the rims use the same bolt pattern and offset of our vehicle. The hub size is 63.4mm where as the LS is 63.6mm. What I was hoping was to use my spare 16" (as long as they fit over the brake assembly) that currently have winter tires on them for my winter set. My question is, is that .2mm difference between hub sizes anything to worry about? I know cars now use hub centric wheels, so I am hoping that .2mm is small enough not to worry about.

Anything else I should look out for? I am really hoping I could use these as a winter set on the Fusion. If not, I will just sell them.

Again, sorry that it's not totally LS related, and searching google, the closest thing I could find was people suggesting to get hub rings when the difference is over 1mm, however nothing this small of a difference.

Thanks for any help!

Technically if it isn't exact then the rim is not "hub centric". Most aftermarket rims are not hub centric. If the .2mm is going to be an issue you will have to try it and see. It is .2mm larger so I don't see it not fitting. That .2mm may cause it not to be hub centric. Does the fusion allow a 16" wheel to clear the brakes? If it does then you shouldn't have any brake clearance issues. Do you know the brake disc diameter of the fusion? If they are less than 12" discs then you shouldn't have any clearance issues. Also what is the offset of the fusion rims? The LS has a high positive offset and this may cause issues.
I looked and the fusion has a 5x114mm bolt circle, so if this is true they will not fit the fusion.

I'm not forsure. But the fusion has never had the same bolt pattern as the ls. And if your looking at a 2013, well I don't know what that bolt pattern is but I highly doubt they all of a suddenly are using a different pattern.

The new fusion is based of the European Mondeo. They have the same 5/108 bolt pattern. Also, the base S model has 16 steel rims, and I believe the fusions rotors are smaller than the LS. I've done most of this research already. The only thing I was worried about is the .2mm difference of the hub. It's not much, but I wasn't sure if that would be an issue. According to SteveSC it might be, but I'd like to get some more opinions (not that yours isn't appreciated Steve, it is)

Where did you get the 63.6 for LS hubs? That's a wrong number.

The hub size is 63.4mm.

EDIT: Just to throw it out there. If you can mount the wheels properly, you don't even need hub centric rings. They just keep it centered and easier to bolt on. The lugs are what keep the wheels on the car.

The TSWs on my LS were over 70mm. Drove it around for 2 months without the rings (was waiting on them to arrive) and no vibrations at all. They actually rode smoother than the factory wheels.

Yep.
You should have no problem of mounting them on your ride, as far as the hub size goes.

Nice. I'm excited since I just bought the snow tires last year, and will probably be getting the new car in the spring. I will only have about 5000 miles total on the winter set.
