Heat/ac not working..please help!!!!

I've tried everything, been to every mechanic known to man and am trying at all costs to avoid the dealership. The AC works for about 20 minutes and then blows hot on one side, warm on the other. Same with the heat, blows VERY hot while I am driving above 65/70mph and blows cold on one side if I am driving slow and warm on the other side.

Any ideas? Heater coil has been blown out, new thermostat.... anyone else have or had this problem?

This is probably the 2nd most common LS problem. Your DCCV has failed.
If you have a V8, your aux pump may also be failed, but it could still just be the DCCV.
