Anyone know where I can buy some these? The service rep at wheel works told me they only sold the ARMS as a complete set and the dealer only sells them the same way:mad:?

All is correct, you have to buy the whole control arm.

Ok well I guess I'll just go ahead have them place that order...the cost was $700 just for parts

for what?!?!?! you can get an entire front end kit for that (thanks marcredd)

For both Lower control arms but if you know where I can get them for cheaper please let me know

I haven't found anything cheaper than Rockauto.

Thanks for the links GRell.

IIRC all those ebay front end kits do not come with LCA's, only the knuckles with installed ball joints, so it wont do the OP any good.

Just to clarify these are the lower control arms that will fit the 05 LS Sport? Before I call Wheel works and tell them to cancel my order

you need to check RockAuto site ... I listed for a 1st gen...

It appears 2nd gen maybe different (more $$$)

Yeah I went back in and selected the 2005 Lower Control Arms. They were about 365 a piece, which is around the same figure wheel works quoted me for...Oh well if it must be done it must be done

Front or rear arms? That's a pretty key detail you left out.

This thread is 5 years old so I think that guy is long gone. At least you searched though. For others that search and arrive here, Powerflex (powerflexusa-dot-com) has bushing options for gen1 LS, but you have to look up the bushings under a 99-02 Jaguar S Type. I can't confirm gen 2 from my memory, but if the control arm is the same for all LS's then you should be able to do it. If not, you can check the part number for gen2 LS control arms on rockauto and see if it matches the gen2 S type part number. If it does then pick the Gen 2 powerflex bushings for that particular control arm.
