Would you accept "new" parts that look like this?

These are going back Monday first thing. I have been piecing everything together because the car now has 88K miles on it, and as we all know that is getting close to the point where everything needs to be replaced. I already have Moog lowers, and the quality difference between these parts side by side is eye opening. I only want to do this once and with the best parts on the front end. I absolutely will not risk my or my families life because of a few bucks saved.

Stiff, yes. Not able to move at all even when I put a cheater bar on them to see if they'll budge, no. Their control arms apparently used to be TRW, but they have since switched suppliers.

Their customer service people seem to be somewhat helpful at the moment, though, so I can't knock them completely.
