wiring car alarm / remote start

does anyone know the tool that is needed to take apart the ignition switch? to allow wiring to be done for remote starter... or does anyone know a way of gettin into there

what kind of alarm are u installing? and when i put min ein my gen 1 there was no need to take the ignition part

If it a gen 2 ,just unplug the harness from back of switch and then the small plug and then follow the wires back to another plug and unplug it.you will be able to remove the harness from the car.

where did u find the constant power for the heavy gauge wire?
