When I was driving home from work today my wipers made one swipe across and back. I looked at the swich thinking it was in the auto postion, it wasnt. The postion was off but the inner switch was on the lowest setting the one just above the auto. Everytime I would move the inner switch the wipers would start moving, keep in mind that the outer switch is in the off postion. So then I placed the outer switch in the > postion and nothing...Then I moved it in the >> and after a split second the wipers started moving like theyt should in the > postion. FYI I do need to replace the clock spring could that be the problem or should I look for a new surn signal swich. Thanks guys on and BTW yes I did a search
