Wiper arm?

So the other day I was driving on the highway and noticed my driver wiper arm was rattling. After I parked the car I looked at it and the entire arm is loose. Is there a way to tighten this? What should I check?

I would remove the arm entirely and check to see if the retaining clip is bent or not. If the clip is straight I would put some grease in the arm and put it back on, the grease should keep it from rattling and tighten it up a bit.
