Windshield Wiper Arm Bolt Torque Setting

2006 LS V8:

While researching the Coolant System Piece/Parts replacement threads, I saw the required torque setting for the Windshield Wiper Arm bolts and Cross Member bolts. However, I cannot find them now.

Can anyone tell what those numbers are?

Just tighten the Fn thing without killing it.

Unfortunately, my past experience has been to break or strip bolts from F'n tightening them. Though I am an engineer, it has been a very expensive learning process. Now, I at least make an effort to ask. And, I bought new torque wrenches.
