Window Regulator, Good Deal?

Is this a good deal?

This one has both driver and passenger for different prices. Are the parts the same or are both sides different?

Price wise, it's a good deal, but it looks like a gen I regulator and you have a gen II LS.

There's a difference? I didn't know that.

On my 01' LS i just replaced the regulator clips.

I bought them on ebay.

Passenger and driver side are different.
Front and back are different.
Gen I and gen II (at least the front ones) are different.

I know my passenger side clip it broken but I have no issues with it. My driver side window keeps dropping when trying to roll up the window. If I were to replace just the regulator clips, would this fix the dropping issue?

EDIT: Another question. My passenger back window is giving me issues also. when rolling it down it "bumps" up and down. When rolling it all the way up it sometimes pops (sounds like cracking). Is this the clip also?
