Window Regulaor Question

Good morning from Ft. Leonard Wood all my fellow LS enthusiasts. I changed my front passenger window regulator yesterday and upon completion I made a rookie mistake. I checked the window roll up and down to ensure I had the proper seal around the top of the window and when rolling up, the window goes to the top and then immediately down. Also the window will not roll all the way down. Has anybody had this issue while replacing their window regulator or does anybody have an idea as to what the issue could be? Covered several times in this forum. The motor has to be correctly indexed to the regulator, and the auto feature has to be initialized. I'd start with the initialization since it is easy to do. If that doesn't do it, then you'll have to re-index and then do the initialization again.

Sweet, thanks for the reply...I searched for it and couldn't find it. You have helped me with issues quite a few times with my LS. Thanks so much. I really do appreciate this group for all its knowledge and I definitely appreciate you for all your swift help when it comes to anything I ask.
