Window Problem

I Have This Problem With Both Of My Windows, When You Press The Button To Go Up And Down I Hear A Humming Nose But Nothing Happens, If I Press Down On The Actual Window While I Press The Button It Goes Up And Down If I Manually Do It, But If I Dont Press The Button I Cant Pull It Up Or Down. Any Suggestions?

You either need to buy window motors or buy a rebuild kit.
