Will the OEM JBL Disc head work the disk changer also?

Will the OEM, JBL Disco head, work the disk changer also? I would like to get rid of the cassette player and have the disc option within the car, but for long trips I do like the changer? So is it an easy swap out and all plugs, just plug back in to the disc head unit?

Unfortunately no, the one I had did not have the available port for the cd changer on the back.

I assume one could't modify a JVC 12 disc to work with the Lincoln cassette head unit? I have the FORD (SONY) unit now. cut the wire form the sony unit and patch in the JVC plug into the 12 disc? Probably doesn't have a plug into the SONY hard wired right?
