i found a killer deal on a set of wheels they are a 9.5 but a 48 mm offset my question is how much will they stick out ?

There are many offset calculators. 1010tires.com has one; google has many more.

I'm just going to take a guess from what I've read on here and say that even with that offset 9.5 is a skosche too wide. Just a guess.

It can work but you will have to shave the inner fender.

I have custom wheels on my LS, 20x9.5 on 285-30's with a custom offset of 57.15mm and mine fit without shaving inner fender. So with a 48mm offset, those wheels will push further outward from mine by .36".

So yeah it should fit if shaved, use 275 tires, it would be a nice aggressive look which would give it a great stance.

Now I would not try that for the fronts.
