It might, I say that because there is a chance you will have a clearance problem with the front brake calipers. I just put a set of Mark VIII snowflake rims with snow tires on my car last night. I did get them to fit, but the problem was I tested them before I put new brake pads on the front, and the new pads shifted the caliper out to the point where the wheel wouldn't mount. Luckily I still had the old pads, so I was able to put the outside one on until I can get some spacers to make up the difference. The other thing you will need is a new set of lug nuts, the Mark uses standard tapered lug nuts not the washer type on the LS.
