i really want the wheels from a 2003 towcar but they tell me they will not fit i would like to know why and if there is any possible way i can get these on my car :L

Sorry, they changed the suspension over in 2003. The offset is way off. You'll have to look for aftermarket wheels.

it will have the same bolt pattern ... my question is, is the new suspension set further inward, meaning if you were to take the new wheels and put them on a 99 would they stick out??... or would they look sucked in... thanks

I believe that since the design of the new wheels when compared to the old ones is more of a flush design than a concave design that they would suck in and probably interfere with your suspension parts as well as the wheel moldings.
