I had a question beyond what I have been able to figure out,,,,,,,here's the problem:

1. Check engine light- Says it may be EVAP issue, sensor or Fuel cap...

2. Water leaking, yes its water not from the AC, Looks like as far back as the transmission...I know its water because collected a sample, it was a clear as water...again the AC was not running...

3. Under the hood, connected to the driver side strut tower, there is a part # PA66-SF33, one of the little clear hose, super small looks to have melted in half......

My question is does this all sound connected, what is this part and how bad is this affecting the car?

Kind Regards

There shouldn't be any clear hoses under the hood. Replace the melted one with the correct hose, and it won't melt again. It is the source of your evap code. The thing mounted on the driver's side shock tower is the evap purge solenoid valve.

I suspect that it is AC condensate water that you are seeing. The AC compressor runs in all climate modes except for "OFF" unless you hit the AC button to turn it off each time you start the car. (I am assuming that your engine coolant has the proper mix of antifreeze and is not just water.)
