seems that no machine shop around here will touch them (rednecks!) probably a good thing though because i don't want them screwed up!

soooooo...... can anyone recommend someone or do this for me???

i need them redrilled for the m8 bolt pattern.

Get out the tape measure and do it yourself. Then if they get screwed up you know who to blame.

ha ha yeah that's what i'm afraid of ! with what i have invested in these,i'd rather just pay to get it done right the first time.

Just a thought, but maybe R1 Concepts could. They have that deal w/ us for new brakes and pads. Mespock might know more.

my machine shop didnt have a single problem when i took my lincoln ones to be drilled for the 4.5 pattern. Keep asking machine shops is all i can tell you.

Here is how you do it...

Get a used Mark VIII front hub
Press out the studs
Insert the hub into the rotor
Use the appropriate sized bit and go to town

How could you screw that up?

good idea kid ! i just wasn't sure how accurate the drilling needed to be since everything is hubcentric.

now anyone got a used hub?

Not very because they are hubcentric, on most rotors the holes are quite a bit larger than they need to be.

I'd hook you up if I was home... Aren't you getting a parts car?

yeah tomorrow. guess i could use one from that and then put it back on. i want to keep the parts car "rollable" (is that a word? lol) for as long as possible.

btw, i want to powdercoat the rear calipers, does anyone offer a rebuild kit for these? i know i could paint them, but i do powdercoating and would like to freshen them up at the same time.

ive got a hub sitting here, its pretty new only used for 6 months. Id take 20 bucks for it.

Id do them... but you're kinda far away. I drilled my mark rotors for the 4.5 bolt pattern. It's extremely easy and not worth paying to get done.
