Running low on funds, which one of these would you get before the others?

1) Eibach Lowering Springs
2) SCT Tuner
3) LSK CAI - Polished Aluminum Cold Air Intake Tube

If I were that low on funds, I would keep saving because otherwise something would break as soon as I spent that last little bit of money.

However, given the choices, get the intake and then save up for the tuner. You will want the tune to account for the intake, so getting the tuner first is less productive.

Eibachs are nice, but you really should replace the shocks while you are at it. Then you need to get the vehicle aligned, so the cost starts to climb pretty quick.

Get the K&N intake. IIRC, I paid ~$250 for mine at a local off-road shop.

+1.

I used a tuner on my '01 Continental. It really made a BIG difference. No other mods and I dropped .5 sec. per Beltronics meter before and after. I repeated before and after and it was .5 better each time. This was using the default program instead of manual adjustments.

This is the CAI I was thinking of getting:
http://www.lskoncepts.com/store/v8-lincoln-ls-polished-aluminum-cold-air-intake-tube-p-84.php

It's the only thing really available... (might not even be able to get it from LSK now).
I might have to go with the one mentioned above by Manoli.

What makes up a true intake like the typoon?
Tube, cone filter, heat shield...
(A heat shield can be made).

I am glad I asked with a poll because I expected to hear lowering springs.

This makes it easier & cheaper, doing the LSK CAI now (if it's a good enough intake, and worth doing for a Gen1).

You can order it from ebay no need to use lsk.

And yes the k&n intake for gen II is a filter, aluminum tube and heatshield but it also sounds good. I had the KKM before which was just the filter and it gave the exhaust a slightly deeper sound but the k&n added a vacuum type sound.

But that kit from ebay should be good and add some nice sound.
