if i were that low on funds, i would keep saving because otherwise something would break as soon as i spent that last little bit of money.
However, given the choices, get the intake and then save up for the tuner. You will want the tune to account for the intake, so getting the tuner first is less productive.
Eibachs are nice, but you really should replace the shocks while you are at it. then you need to get the vehicle aligned, so the cost starts to climb pretty quick.
Get the K&N intake. IIRC, I paid ~$250 for mine at a local off-road shop.
He has an 02 hence no k&n available.
do they even make a full K&N intake for 1st gens?
