I think I'm pretty set on the Alba Monaco AL740, just need to decide on a size/offset and run it by you guys in case this novice makes a slip up.
Originally wanted the BBS CK but its only available in either a painted (a little dull) or polished finish, which seems more maintenance intensive than chrome.

Looks like its available in the following sizes/offsets :

18x7.5, +42
18x8, +38
19x8.5, +38
19x8.5, +42

From broswing a couple of threads it seems like that for the 18" wheels an offset of at least +42 is advisable and that 245/45/18 tires would be just right (not too thin, not too meaty); +40 and 245/40/19 for the 19". Does that sound about right? I'm not planning on lowering the car at all and will be running these as summer wheels and wrapping the 17" stockers in Blizzaks for winters.

Thanks again guys! Have a great 4th!

if you don't plan on lowering the car then find some 20's because anything else will just look small. I have 20's and still want to lower my car because I think they look too small. The LS is a big car.

Me personally do either 18's or 20's. The 19" tire will be soo expensive because it's not as common as a 20 or 18 inch rim.

I have 19's with a 42 offset. Love em. You can get tires for about 600/set. They won't be Bridgestone Potenza Runflats (245/40/19's on tire rack are in excess of 400 a piece) but they are out there for way less than what you may expect.

Thanks for the info guys!
Pete : Your wheels are 19x8.5 +42 right? Do they sit pretty flush? (Looks like it from your car pics)

They sit a lot better than the stockers did:

Tried to find a few pictures to show the "flushness" if that's a word.
